Runners who are looking forward to the 37th Marathon Eindhoven on Sunday 10 October can register from today. Registration was opened in the hope that the corona measures will be gradually eased over the coming months and many Dutch will be vaccinated in summer.
The popular Brabant event could not go ahead last year due to the corona pandemic. The bib numbers of those runners who had already registered will remain valid for the upcoming edition.
The Marathon Eindhoven powered by ASML is the biggest two-day sports event in the Province North Brabant. Registrations for the Saturday programme will open at a later stage.
The programme of Sunday 10 October offers the following distances: marathon, half marathon, Jumbo 10K, City Run 5K, Mini Marathon (1 mile). There will also be various Business Runs.
Over the last years, the Marathon Eindhoven has grown into a (top) sports event with an international flair slash convivial city festival. It features an attractive, fast course and is innovative in many ways. In 2019, there were a total of 23,500 registrations for this running feast.
This year, the Marathon Eindhoven has chosen to support The Dutch Cancer Society (KWF Kankerbestrijding). When registering, participants can make a donation to charity.
